SUMMARY
We are looking for a resilient team player who is eager to learn and tackle dynamic projects within our thriving Miami-based company. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for compiling data for routine internal and external reports, conducting internal audits, and providing administrative support to our Property Management team while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
This role involves occasional travel to various properties throughout Florida. The position can be based at our Miami headquarters or conducted remotely, as long as the candidate resides within a two-hour drive of the Tampa, Orlando, or Miami metropolitan areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare, review, and distribute internal reports such as weekly leasing reports, open work orders reports, past due recertifications reports, collections reports, eviction reports, and any other assigned reports.
- Complete internal audits including employee unit, pet, washer/dryer, and any other necessary audits.
- Analyze property performance and report findings to local site leadership, which may involve property visits and/or audits.
- Assist the Director of Property Operations and HTGM Operations team with planning, training, and rolling out company initiatives.
- Support the Learning and Policy Specialist with policy, procedure, process implementation, and training as needed.
- Review and approve commissions for all properties.
- Assist the Director of Operations with various tasks related to the setup process for new lease-ups.
- Coordinate, plan, and facilitate company meetings.
- Assist with planning and executing the annual leadership conference and other regional events.
- Develop and manage complex Excel workbooks, including advanced pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
- Stay up-to-date on Fair Housing, Affordable Housing, and landlord legal policies and procedures.
- Assist with vendor setup and manage vendor portals overseen by HTGM Operations.
- Support the lease-up checklist and leasing calls for all new lease-ups.
- Perform any other tasks or duties as requested or assigned by supervisors.
EDUCATION (OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE)
- High school diploma and one to three years of administrative experience.
- Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Preferred Experience: Yardi Voyager
- Property Management Experience: preferably in LIHTC
- Travel Ability: Willingness to travel throughout Florida as needed
- Communication Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage multiple projects effectively
- Public Speaking: Comfortable speaking and facilitating in front of groups
